Active users according to the Digital Services Act:
The average number of monthly active users in the EU in the last six months on the online platform for the online sale and distribution of vehicles as well as After Sales accessories and the conclusion of customer service contracts: 745,888 active users (as of 12/2025).
Information on the number of users of the Volkswagen app: In accordance with Article 24 (2) of the DSA, online platforms are required to disclose their average number of monthly active users in the EU. With regard to the content offered in the Volkswagen app, the average number of monthly active users in the EU over the past six months was well below the applicable threshold of 45 million users.
